Scope of use
N220
Highly reinforcing carbon black. Easily dispersed and provides a high level of extrudability of rubber compounds. Has very good surface processing, high wear resistance, tear resistance and tear strength. It is included in the particularly critical protective rubber for cargo and passenger tires. Carbon black is recommended to use for manufacturing of conveyor belts and other rubber technical products, which are operated in hard usage conditions.
N234
Highly structured carbon black well distributed in rubber mixtures and significantly increases their modulus. It attaches to rubber more abrasion resistance (compared to N220), increased wear resistance. Using of N234 improves extrudability of rubber compounds. Carbon black is intended for production of protectors and tire tread manufacturing.
N326
Highly dispersed low-structure reinforcing carbon black. Provides a low module, high elongation at fracture, high tear strength and fatigue strength. The mixtures for manufacturing the belt of tires, including offroad and massive. Conveyor belts, rubber products, sealing products.
N330
Highly dispersed reinforcing carbon black with low structure. It provides a high tensile strength, good wear resistance, high strength and low hysteresis. Used in the production of tire treads for trucks and agricultural machines, conveyor belts, cable sheaths, and molded articles.
N339
Highly dispersed reinforcing carbon black with higher structure. It provides high modulus, improved extrusion, abrasion resistance, and hysteresis. Used in the production of tire treads, rubber products, conveyor belts, and molded articles.
N347
Highly dispersed reinforcing carbon black with higher structure. It provides improved workability, abrasion resistance. It is used in production of treads of tires, rubber technical goods, seals. In the plastics manufacturing is used as a dye.
N375
Highly reinforcing carbon black. It provides high strength at break and durability. It is used in production of tire breakers, treads of tires, conveyor belts, rubber technical seals and molded products.
N550
Medium dispersed medium reinforcing carbon black. It provides high profiling properties and extrusion capability, relatively high tear resistance. It is used in mixtures for production of tire shells, tubes, automotive extruded profiles, window profiles and other rubber technical goods: gaskets, hoses and shoes.
N650
Medium dispersed medium reinforcing carbon black. It provides smooth extrusion, high flexibility, good surface processing and high capability for filling. It is used in the manufacture of products, extruded profiled tire carcasses, sides of tires, tubes, in the production of hoses and other rubber technical seals.
N660
Medium dispersed medium reinforcing carbon black with low structure. Provides higher die swell, high resilience at relatively high rates of hardness. It may be entered in large quantities. It is used in mixtures for production of tire shells and tubes, molded products; products manufactured by extrusion. It is intended for production of rubber products, hoses, single-ply roofing systems, insulating rubber cable.
N772
Low dispersed medium active carbon black which imparts high resilience of mixtures and improved dynamic properties. It is used during the production of tire carcasses and other mechanical rubber goods.
